Meet Lori

I believe that nutrition and the choice of what we put into our bodies can greatly impact our health. I was diagnosed with breast cancer 14 years ago and  became passionate about nutrition and how we can heal ourselves through our diet and lifestyle choices.  I went back to school and obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University in Nutrition Science and followed that up with a certification as a Plant-Based Nutrition Specialist (CPBNS).  Let me teach you a little about what I've learned and get you healthy.
